We have both loved sport and fitness over the years and we decided to share our passion together and create Coached By GLJ to help others achieve goals they have always wanted to. We have learned quick-fix restrictive regimes don’t work. Cutting out a whole food group, such as crisps and snacks for example, inevitably leads you to just crave them more.
